Rooted in tradition.

Suzy+Rae is rooted in a love for handmade tradition, creativity, and the stories that live within them. The name itself is a tribute to two of the women who shaped that foundation, Suzanna and Renee.

Both were part of a lineage of women in my family who created with their hands in ways that felt both practical and beautiful. Their influence lives on through each piece while carrying forward the tradition of making.

This journey began with the intention of making a blanket for a new baby sister and quickly grew into something more! What started as one piece became a way to stay connected to that legacy, while creating something new!

I hope that Suzy+Rae is a reflection of that balance - honoring where things come from while reimagining them in a way that feels fresh and meaningful today.
